My name is Elena and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both the states of Florida and North Carolina. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant.
In my fifteen years of experience I have gained diverse experience working with adults, child, young adults, teenagers and their families in a juvenile detention center, and in-patient mental health hospital, a psychiatric residential campus, an outpatient office, a college campus, a private practice, in client’s home and schools, and online.
I have provided individual and family counseling services to a diverse populations struggling with severe mental health and behavioral concerns as well as life’s overwhelming obstacles. I’m experienced working with people who are living with trauma, anxiety, grief, depression and relationship dynamic issues.

How I Practice
It’s a journey.
I believe therapy can be used to meet individuals where they are and help bring them to where they would like to be. I have been able to journey with individuals in many different stages of life.
