Thank you for shopping at Very Good Mind. We want you to feel supported with every purchase you make. Please read our full policy carefully.

📅 Return Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because our merchandise is made-to-order through a print-on-demand partner (Printify), we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to change of mind.

Additional items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Email us at support@verygoodmind.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photo(s) showing the issue

You do not need to return the defective item.

💰 Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your return request and inspected any required information, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account and credit card company first
  • Then contact your bank; processing times may vary
  • Still no refund? Email us at support@verygoodmind.com

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email support@verygoodmind.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once the return is approved.

If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to them, and they will be notified of your return.

📦 Return Shipping

In cases where we ask you to return an item (rare), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, any return shipping charges may be deducted
  • Consider using trackable shipping or insurance for high-value returns

🧠 Counseling Services

This return policy does not apply to therapy or coaching services provided by Very Good Mind.
